Joshua was real easy to work with. Very knowledgeable. Durning the process of buying the place there was a storm and a tree landed on the place. He was on it and made sure repairs got done on time and well done. He did a good job for me.

Josh made the selling process easy and stress-free. He is always quick to answer questions, never fails to work for your best interest, and is easy to work with. Josh scheduled all of the appointments needed, and even answered questions while on vacation. The day that we listed our house, we had 7 appointments to view it. On day 3 we had an offer. One month after listing the house, we were moved out and had everything wrapped up. If I ever need to use another realtor in my life, Josh will be the top of my list of one.

Josh knew his stuff, always seemed available to field questions and calls and negated the price we wanted on our purchase. He also helped set us up with lenders and knew the entire process inside and out.

We are very happy with Josh's work on our account. Josh helped us find the right home to purchase in Athens. Josh is knowledgeable about the area, and the real estate industry in general. Whenever we had questions about the process, Josh was very quick to answer. If we ever sell our home or look to purchase another home, we will definitely call Josh and the Radcliff Sales Team to help us!

Josh was WONDERFUL!!! Anytime I called or text him, even outside of business hours, he always replied! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, personable and nice! I highly recommend him and if I ever need a realtor again I will definitely use him!
